What do we do
We prepare plans and schedules for all types of small build projects and supervise construction work. Whilst we specialise in the adaptation of properties under disabled facilities grants we also prepare, submit, tender and supervise construction of new build housing, extensions and alterations, listed buildings and small retail developments.
Our clients
We work for Local Authorities, Home Improvement Agencies, Care Agencies, Housing Associations, Social Services and private builders. 90% of our work comes from the above sources, although we do work directly for many private clients who have a wish, or a need, to implement alterations to their homes.
